- Can I return or exchange a ticket?
- Refunds are possible up to 2 hours before departure. You can get your money back through your personal account or at the ticket office. If the carrier cancels the trip, the refund is full and automatic.
- How much luggage can I take?
- Each passenger may take 1 suitcase up to 30 kg in the luggage compartment and 1 piece of hand luggage up to 5 kg. Extra luggage is charged separately — check when buying your ticket.
- How do I find the exact timetable?
- The up-to-date timetable is on the Schedule page. Enter your departure and destination — the system will show all trips with exact departure and arrival times.
- Is there Wi-Fi and charging on the buses?
- Yes, all our buses have free Wi-Fi, USB charging at every seat, air conditioning and a navigation system. Comfort on the road is our standard.
- What if I missed my bus?
- Contact us by phone as soon as possible. In some cases we can arrange a transfer to the next trip. If the delay was our fault, we will always find a solution.
- Can I travel with a pet?
- Small pets in a carrier are allowed with a valid veterinary passport. Pet transport must be arranged in advance when buying your ticket. Large animals are not permitted.
